Business IT support

Business IT support, without an ongoing support contract.

Tell us what is not working. We'll confirm whether we can help, agree the work and price, and arrange the right support.

Business customers only. Availability and scope confirmed before booking.

Supported work

Everyday business IT problems, not just websites.

01

Business applications

Help with the software your team relies on day to day — access issues, errors, and configuration problems.

02

Computers and laptops

Diagnosing and resolving problems with business devices that have stopped working properly.

03

Printers and peripherals

Getting shared devices reconnected and working reliably again.

04

Everyday connectivity

Straightforward network and connectivity issues affecting a device, application, or location.

How it works

Nothing starts until you've approved the scope and price.

01

Request

Tell us what's not working using the support request form.

02

Assess

We review what you've told us and confirm whether it's something we can help with.

03

Quote

Uncertain faults may need an explicitly priced diagnostic step before a full quote can be given.

04

Approve

You confirm the scope and price before any chargeable work starts.

05

Resolve

We carry out the agreed work, remotely or on-site.

06

Confirm

You get a completion summary and a route back to us if anything isn't right.

Coverage

Remote first, on-site where it's genuinely needed.

Most issues are resolved remotely. On-site visits are arranged within our service area where the problem needs a physical visit. Coverage area, hours, and response times are confirmed when you submit a request — we don't advertise cover we can't actually staff.

Confirmed on-site coverage: Wolverhampton and Wombourne. Outside these areas, tell us your location in the support request and we'll confirm whether a visit is possible.

Prices and exclusions

Agreed before work starts. No unlimited “fix anything” pricing.

Confirmed in your quote

  • The specific work covered by the quote
  • Whether travel is included
  • Whether parts are included

Usually separate

  • Third-party software or subscription costs
  • Parts, where not already agreed
  • Further work found once the original issue is fixed

Authorisation and access

Changes only happen with an authorised business contact.

System changes require sign-off from an authorised contact at your business, and any access we need is agreed and granted separately — not assumed.

After the job

A clear record, and a clear route back.

You get a summary of what was done. If something related goes wrong afterwards, that's a follow-up on the same job. A different problem is treated as a new request.

Something not working?

Tell us what's happening and we'll confirm the next step.

Submitting a request doesn't confirm an engineer or appointment — we'll come back to you to agree scope and price first.
